Role Summary

The Delivery & Account Manager, Customer Success (CS) - Americas plays a critical role ensuring the overall success of our Partners, which include FinTechs, Banks, Money Transfer Operators, and Cryptocurrency Exchanges. The Delivery Manager will focus on successfully onboarding new Partners onto the Almond network as well as developing deep relationships with these Partners to help them scale and optimize their money movement flows. To achieve this, the Delivery Manager will leverage strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills to effectively partner cross-functionally both internally and externally. The Delivery & Account Manager will act as an advocate for Partners ensuring Almond delivers an optimal end-to-end Partner Experience, as well as partnering with the Product team to align the product roadmap to Partner needs.


  • Lead the end-to-end Partner onboarding process while facilitating and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales/Business Development, Compliance, Product, and Engineering.
  • Identify and manage any deviations from the standard product offering
  • Collect and review Partner API documents to ensure there are no outstanding concerns or discrepancies; relaying the key information to our engineering and product teams.
  • Support Partners to successfully progress through the Onboarding process including the provisioning of new API keys, account opening at Cryptocurrency Exchanges, and successful end-to-end testing completion.
  • Manage the go-live launch including the necessary preparations leading up to go-live and ensuring the post go-live Partner Support is in place and operating effectively.
  • Hold post-launch retrospectives with Partners, and internally, to assess overall Partner Experience and process improvement opportunities.
  • Act as the single point of contact for Partners in your portfolio working with them to deeply understand their current workflow, pain points and priorities
  • Grow & develop assigned Partner account portfolio; develop and execute plans to achieve growth targets.


  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a customer/client facing Delivery role or (Technical) Account Management position within a Financial Services / FinTech company
  • Experience working with and onboarding Digital Asset Exchanges and understanding the technical nuances
  • Experience Partner relationships with numerous stakeholders
  • Experience running complex implementation projects with multiple workstreams, leveraging exceptional project management and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct deep discovery to understand true needs, and manage customer expectations and potential concerns
  • Strong technical aptitude: Proven track record of ability to work with technical counterparts in Product and Engineering to share feedback, troubleshoot, and ideate workarounds as needed
  • High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Proficiency, field experience:

Experience with Crypto & Blockchain; having worked with Digital Asset Exchanges or Digital Asset teams within the Financial Services industry; Web3, CEX/DEX, DeFi, VC, Accelerators, Investment

  • Experience with FX operations
  • Familiarity with financial systems, payment gateways, and banking protocols (e.g., SWIFT, ISO 20022)
  • A degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • A working knowledge of Digital Asset Exchanges and how they operate
