Role Summary

We are actively seeking an experienced Product Manager to work on our flagship transfer products. You will be responsible for coordinating efforts across multiple products and verticals, defining and prioritizing backlog items, conducting research, understanding business requirements, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on defining and shaping our APIs. The ideal candidate has a strong functional and technical background in FX, treasury, web3, cross-border transfer / settlement API’s following and establishing agile product development processing with a deep understanding of FX, treasury and cross-border in general.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Roadmap Management
  
  • Coordinate and sync efforts across multiple products (rate optimization, data analytics, transfer product and enterprise portal)
  • Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps that effectively balance front-end user experience improvements with backend infrastructure enhancements. 
  • Lead strategic planning sessions to prioritize features based on market demands, regulatory requirements, and competitive positioning
  • Collaborate with business, compliance, legal, product, and engineering teams to define and prioritize backlog items aligned with company vision and goals
• API Design and Testing
  
  • Strong understanding of API design principles and best practices (e.g. Nouns vs. Verbs in endpoint naming; RESTful vs. Websocket usage etc.)
  • Ability to design scalable and robust APIs that meet the needs of cross-border transactions (this requires technical understanding of solution architecture on cloud e.g. AWS, GCP and so on)
  • Conduct thorough testing of ATP APIs using tools like Postman, ensuring their functionality, reliability, and performance.
  • Create comprehensive test plans with software engineers to ensure reliability and scalability of existing and new APIs
• Cross-Functional Collaboration and Delivery
  
  • Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, compliance, and operations to ensure successful product delivery
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks. Manage product backlogs using agile methodologies, prioritizing features based on business impact and technical feasibility
  • Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all product features meet regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, particularly in areas of foreign exchange, cross-border payments, and anti-money laundering controls
  • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to gather market feedback and validate product-market fit.

Requirements

• Communication and Leadership Skills
  
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience presenting to senior leadership and coordinating with external partners.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business requirements and vice versa. Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities.
• Technical and Industry Expertise
  
  • Demonstrated experience in a FinTech or financial service startup or SME and/or centralized exchange (CEX) with deep understanding of Web3 technologies including blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized finance ecosystems
  • Proven expertise in traditional financial services, particularly foreign exchange markets, cross-border payments, treasury management, and settlement processes
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks affecting financial technology products, including compliance requirements for international money transfers, anti-money laundering (AML) protocols, and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures
  • Experience with payment gateway integrations, liquidity management, and API-driven financial services
• Product Management Experience
  
  • Minimum of 8 years of product management experience in fintech or financial services, with demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-faceted product portfolios
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end product development cycles from conception through launch and optimization. Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools including Clickup, Slack, Miro, Figma and similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data-driven approaches to inform product decisions and measure success metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage product backlogs, write detailed product requirements documents, and coordinate cross-functional development teams

• Experience with AI-enabled product management tools is a plus.

Salary Range:

Total compensation up to USD$ 140,000 ~ 160,000/ year (TBD based on experience)
